We are given the opportunity to participate in the Sound and Image festival to showcase any piece we would like to within this concept. The space that we can use was the Heritage Gallery. The space has high ceilings, tall windows that can be closed and projected on, and white walls. When setting up the exhibition, we were told to keep in mind the entrances to the two lecture halls and keep the passageway clear for emergencies. We were also told that if we wanted to put up pieces or electronics i.e. TVs, we could drill into the added panel as the actual wall is part of the heritage site. To be given such a large space was incredibly exciting, letting us put up work and experiencing it in a different space than from the studio. However, I was nervous because there seemed to be a lot of concerns about going around the group. With the large window and high ceilings, it got me inspired to see if I would play around with the space and really look at scale.
